Another prominent ethical dilemma which majority of the healthcare managers face on a larger scale is the conflict of interest. This is something which often results in harming a lot of patients. A lot of pharmaceutical companies often send samples to many doctors and healthcare professionals to test and sell. It is however the duty of the professionals to always test whether the medicines are good for the patient or not. This is where the conflict of interest arises as often many doctors as well as health care professionals are paid to sell medicine which has either harmful side effects or no possible positive effect at all. This is something which takes the entire boat around and takes it to a whole other level.
