Separation Turned Bitter: Johnny Depp and Amber Heard

Some relationships were never meant to be! Take for instance, the ugly divorce between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. While the pair was married, many erroneously believed that it was a marriage made in heaven.  When they got married, the tabloid couldn’t stop taking about the union. There was an expectation that the union would go forever until death do them part.

Things started getting ugly when Heard was seen with visible bruises in 2016. She was not the usual jovial Heard because of the bruises. She filed for divorce at the Los Angeles Superior Court and then there was a restraining order. This was when we knew everything was not right.

The media flew with the reports of emotional and physical abuse of the union.  There were evidence of abuses but Depp said that Heard was a gold digger who wanted publicity and the money.  While this was going on, more secrets emerged of the troubled marriage.

There were eyewitnesses, videos and pictures that were leaked in the wake of their troubles. The more the couple tried to stay away from the media’s attention, the more they were dragged to the center of gossip.  The end was not a beautiful one for the pair.
